We work in a way that ensues you lose fat in a consistent but sustainable way. No crash diets and no crazy workout plans, just routine, lifestyle changes and more mindful eating to get you to your goal!
Weightlifting
Laura is Level 1 Qualified in Olympic Weightlifting helping people start or continue their journey in learning how to clean, snatch and jerk. Olympic Lifting is dynamic fun and a great skill to learn if you’re already experienced in strength training.
